Local Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at the Lux Amare Local Pick Up location: 39 N. Joanne Ave., Ventura 93003
Orders will be fulfilled (both shipped & Local Pick Up) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11am and 2pm*
When placing your order, you can select Local Pick Up at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has been completed. Your Local Pick Up order will be on the front porch at:
39 N. Joanne Ave., Ventura 93003
*Please note that Local Pick Up orders will remain outside at the Local Pick Up location until retrieved by the customer. Orders not picked up will become the responsibility of the purchaser. Thank you.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lux Amare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have placed an order for Local Pick Up, you will receive an email notification when it has been filled and is out for pick up. Once you have been notified that your order has been filled, you may pick up your order at your convenience. Once it is out for pick up, it becomes the responsibility of the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@LuxAmare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@LuxAmare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
